The goal of the apprenticeship program participants is to achieve certification completion for Microsoft AZ-900 Azure Fundamentals, CompTIA Security+ and a third certification relevant to the apprentice’s chosen career path coupled with real “on the job” experiences. We believe this prepares participants to compete for highly desirable, high-paying cybersecurity roles. We achieve this by using a combination of online training, mentoring and coaching with on-the-job experiences delivering real-world services. This is powered by our online learning and career development community (KnowWon – https://KnowWon.com ) where the participants build knowledge, skills and social capital. The wage scale ranges from $15-$30 for apprentices, concluding with a journeyman certificate from our program.
